Programing Solutions For Clients
In the recent years, more and more of our clients have been
requesting custom programs for their sites. The most popular reasons
for getting programming involved in their web site, is Maintenance. The
time it takes to change a simple edit on a site without content
management, versus the time it would take to do the same thing in our
content managed sites, can be 10 times longer without programming. In
some instances, chamghes can be done automatically, without any human
effort.
Let`s say your site contains inventory and you are NOT using a
database type of programming for mainagement and maintenance, you are
wasting more time than you think. Along with the ease of inventory
maintenance and updates, using database programming can add search
functions so your web site users don`t have to read through hundreds of
pages to find what they need. Another benefit to using database
programming, is the tracking sales on your site. With a reporting
option programmed intot he back-end of your site, you can view a
summary of sales totals for the year, month, week, etc. or focus in on
specifics. Programming is the only way to accurately track sales
through your web site, unless you have paper, pen (alot of ink) and
alot of time.

used custom programming to help organize and maintain information.
Clients - Custom Programs
This project was started to help some of our clients manage their own content. We understand some clients what immediate and easy access to change the content on their sites. We feel this program can do that, and much Much MORE!!! This application has the ability to change content immediately, along with the look of the entire site. We have created various formats that our clients can change with a click of the mouse. Along with that functionality, we added the ability for scheduled changes to content AND site formats. Let say you are taking a vacation from September to January, but want to schedule a page specific to Thanks Giving and Christmas to appear around those holidays. This program can do that. The same can be done with a holiday look to your site. Have Santa appear in December, and go away in January, NO Problem. Neat, huh? We think so.
Along with the fantastic content management, some other features currently available are integrated IDX Solutions for Realtors?,
site user management, drip marketing and tracking. We are also working
on new additions to this program to include more applications that are
designed to save our clients time and money and improve productivity.
This project was built to help organize and manage property listing information, office staff and agent contact info, lock box management, document uploading and organization along with a news section that links to outside sites for further details. With asome trickier programming, we also found a way to create productivity reports for each agent in the company, top 3 agents with their sales totals for the year, month and week. Plus, this custom application for information management is available anywhere with an Internet connection. No need for installation, just `Connect and GO!`
For Izzy`s Tires, we created a gallery application which organizes photos for his clients` vehicles and the new rims installed. Without programming, Izzy`s Tires would have to upload various photos and update all links and pages that are in a photo gallery. With this gallery program, he has virtually 0% chance of bad links or lost photos. The back and front end of this gallery program organizes and checks photos each time a page is accessed.
Watson Red Tag Sale [RedTagSaleHomes]
This was an interesting project. The goals for this project were to display JUST property information PLUS make it extremely easy to maintain. This site is set up days before it goes live, then taken down until the next scheduled sale. Users can go in and click through the listings or do a simple search from the left hand column and narrow down there search results. From there they can click the property photo or details link to view more information about that property. The administration for this site is the simpliest yet. For the Watson Realty office staff, all they need to do to start a new listing in this site is to enter a MLS number of a listing in the IDX database then click NEXT>>. The next page displays the MLS information about that listing, fromt here they can opt to change the info or leave it along with uploading a different photo than the MLS photo. Simple to use and easy to maintain... Our Goals were met.
