With this project we set out to create a quick and simple way for Southland Waste staff to create a call tracking system that would keep management and staff informed of their customers needs and the time it took to complete their needs.

This system also gives a simple reporting function which is print ready. Our program supplies management with a custom reporting setup that is quite simple. They click on the fields they need displayed, click on the search criteria and in seconds they have the answers they need to make a well informed decision.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate Network needed something very complicated. At inception, the project was just going to track and post newly listed property within the company. Then soon after ending that first phase, they needed to track sales price changes, set showing appointments, inform agents of their listings that were shown and other aspect of a real estate sale. We also added a lock box tracking features which tells management where a specific lock box is, along with where it has been. Since 1 lock box travel from property to property, this part of the program saves the hassle of calling multiple agents trying to find a lock box, which can be very expensive.

Our production of the Showcase Magazine came alive with this project. The Watson Realty Corporation wanted to make all their in-house listing searchable on one web site, along with linking in the office and agent the property was listed by. On the front page, they wanted to have a spot designated for a "Listing Of The Month", that they could change instantly.

So, we built a simple back-end area where the Watson staff could log into and do the job in a quick and efficient manner. We tried to keep every admin function within 3 clicks, to streamline productivity. We these powerful back-end tools, Watson is able to maintain +95% of their sites content easily.
