Can I make changes to my site?
Of course you can. We have for a simple method of editor a website. In fact, we like it so much, we are our own client.
After clicking on an optional login icon placed in the footer of your site, that icon is replaced with an [EDIT] button link.
So, your site is now live to be modified. SImple go to the page you would like to edit, and click that edit button in the footer.
From there it is loaded in a WYSIWYG editor, and you may make changes from there. After clicking the [SAVE CHANGES] button,
the changes are instantly updated to your web site. NO MORE WAITING for your web master to answer your
email or phone. We put you in control. And yes, we are here to assist you if needed.
How quickly will my site be ready?
We are usually finished within 2 business days. Many times we are able to get them up sooner. You can be assured
that we want to get your site up as quickly as you do.
Do I have to host with YourOwnSite.com?
Yes, you do have to host with us. The reason is for our propriatary software that runs on our server. That way we can also make sure it is
running properly for our clients.
Who owns my website?
HTML documents and graphic files are all owned by each client and welcome to use on other Internet sites if owned by that client.
Can I upgrade if I need more than what this package offers?
Of course you can. We have packages that include more pages, more bandwidth, more storage, etc. This $199 package is Just the Beginning.
Can I set up email accounts on my new site?
Yes you can. You will have access to cPanel's mail application which give you many valuable controls over POP3 accounts, forwarders, auto-responders, WebMail and more.

What if I have a problem changing my new site?
Don't worry, although we make it easy for you to get started, we also understand there is a bit of learning envolved. In many cases, we can
take a quick look and point you in the right direction, otherwise, we can help format basic pages in our program for $25 per page. Please
check our price chart*.
Can my new web site grow when I am ready?
Of course. We currently have many features available for your new site, and are in The Works
of creating many more. ALL designed to help you grow your new on-line presence.
What if I have a problem in the middle of the night?
If you have an issue in the middle of the night, you will need to send an email to SUPPORT
and we will be sure to handle it first thing in the morning, if not sooner(sometimes we are up too).
Can I change my Site Skin after it is done?
Yes you can, but your account will have to be upgraded so you may use our tools that make it easy. With your basic account, you will have
FTP access, but our simple to follow formatting tools can help you change things in an instant.
